Estate & Legacy Giving
Become a member of Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers Guardian Angel Legacy Society and you will forever touch the life of a child.
You can forever touch the life of a child by simply including Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers in yourwill or estate plans. When you name Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers as a beneficiary, you will create a lasting relationship by sharing in our future and leaving a legacy of hope and joy to some very deserving children.

Matching Gift Programs
With matching gifts you can sometimes double or even triple your donation! Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. If your company matches you may be able to access the forms directly through your employer’s website. Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.

Follow the set procedure, and Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers will be happy to assist contact:
Step One: Confirm that your employer is a matching gift company and will match your donation to Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers. To see if your employer is a matching gift company check our list of matching gift companies or contact your employer directly.
Step Two: As the donor make your donation either online via postal mail and then complete your employer’s matching gift form Most matching gift companies have either a paper or online matching gift process Below are the instructions for the appropriate process.
Paper Matching Gifts Process: If your employer has a paper matching gift process, then you must obtain a matching gift form from your employer, complete the donor section, designate Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers as the recipient of the matching gift, and mail to:

Online Matching Gifts Process: If your employer has an online matching gift process then you must complete the matching gift process through company’s website and designate Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers as the recipient of the matching gift.
Please note your employer may not list Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers as an organization in their matching gifts database unless another donor has already “nominated” Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers for a matching gift.
By nominating Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers as a matching gift recipient your employer will then create an organization record and other donors will be able to select Service Dogs by Warren Retrievers as well. Here is the info to submit with your nomination:
